Since I am not eating much dairy, I found this article very interesting.
grate low-fat cheese over soups and salads
Eat low fat cottage cheese - plus you can add some nuts
Eat leafy vegtables-can be added t soups, salads and casseroles
Drink juices that are fortified with calcium
Don't forget the supplements
